Data Governance Specialist

Responsibilities: 

• Build and develop compelling, interactive, and intuitive visualizations to assist Human Resources in making the right decisions 
• Develop effective and comprehensive reporting and analytics solutions
• Examine the quality of the data and business/ operations processes 
• Create a strong data visualization strategy in HR
• Develop complex metric dashboards in Tableau 
• Use Tableau data visualization tool to generate compelling, interactive visualizations and insights about our workforce
• Analyze and assess business challenges, evaluate appropriate solutions based on data analytics and visualizations, present your recommendations to the middle and top management
• Help business users to become more analytical and self-sufficient with their data
• Drive process changes to improve data quality 
• Innovate or transform existing solutions

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of work experience in similar roles, preferably in the HR sector
• 1-2 years Tableau Desktop and data visualization skills with dashboard design capabilities. Experience with similar BI tools is a plus.
• Experience with data analysis, data governance and/or business analysis
• Creative approach to data visualization and good design aesthetic.
• Proficient in SQL, wrangling data, and synthesizing large amounts of information. Another programming language like Python, R, Hadoop or Javascript is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify, explore and drive creative ideas.
• Excellent English language skills (written & oral) is required
  
  

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
