Team Supervisor (Customer Support department)

Responsibilities

• Supervising and developing a multi-language, and global customer base operation
• Maintaining a stable and high-performing team with the focus on the service excellence, efficient contact handling and process & system improvement
• Managing and developing the daily running of the team (20 people)
• Resource planning, carrying out and coordinating staff recruitment 
• Coordinating daily activities of the team in order to ensure the productivity 
• Managing team and individual metrics and activities
• Motivating the staff and discussing individual development on regular bases 
• Implementing and maintaining an open and clear communication system 
• Leading regular face to face meetings with direct reports and review of their KPIs
  
  

Requirements

• University education
• English - Advanced (C1)
• 2 years of experience in Customer Service
• Strong and proven people managerial skills
• Innovative thinking

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
