Accounts Payable Specialist with English

Responsibilities:

• Processing and verifying of incoming invoices  
• Allocating them to the appropriate expense account
• Archiving of documents
• Reconcile assigned balance sheet and control accounts
• Handling internal queries associated with invoices (payment date and status, discrepancies)
• Participating in closing activities
• Position suitable also for fresh graduated 

Requirements:

• University degree preferably in the area of Economics/ Finance/ Accounting/ Banking or Secondary School with 1-2 years experiences in the field of accounting or finance
• English fluent written and spoken, any other European language is an advantage
• Very good command of MS office package (Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Experiences with SAP or Oracle are advantageous
• Analytical thinking
