Services Sales Operations Specialist

We are looking for Services Sales Operations Specialist in the team responsible for various operations, data management, pipeline tracking and reporting activities. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensures on-time communication and quality on all owned activities
• Keep up-to-date sales pipeline and ensure proper follow up
• Own and regularly run and distribute assigned reports
• Support Project management team with regular reporting and project tracking
• Communication with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Communication skills – ability to cooperate with different functions on solving an issue
• Presentation skills – ability to present on the calls in front of Service Sales and Factory Services teams
• IT skills: MS Excel skills (functions - VLOOKUP, pivot tables), MS PowerPoint
• Business level English skills both written and verbal (another foreign language is an advantage)
• 1 year of experience in the customer support area, preferred in Operations and Sales support
• Detail oriented person

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification, and skills of the candidate. An advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
