Responsibilities

• Providing of assistance and support for customers in case of troubles
• Responsibility for solving of problems
• Responsibility for communication between customer and company´s services
• Coordination of ongoing cases
• Responsibility for awareness of customers and dealers about process
• Payments processing
• Registration of data into internal system
• Providing of information to customers, dealers and assistance centers
• Registration and verification of documents
• Working time: 12 hours shifts

Requirements

• Fluent English and Polish language is a must
• Experience with customer service
• Technical education or experience in technical field (ideally automotive)
• Communicative person with organisational skills
