YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Generalist executes complex tasks for the following process areas:

• Drive efficient HR services delivery across all HR areas especially Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, People Development.
• HR Consulting/Partnering - handle individual quires from employees and managers of Global Service Centre across all HR processes and take ownership for the resolution of those queries ensuring a timely and accurate response.
• Has an overview about HR processes, changes, project requests and developments within a country and supports in operational and administrational execution when needed.
• Proactively drives the development, maintenance and improvement of relevant HR processes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• At least 5 year experience in major HR processes
• Excellent local Labor Code knowledge
• Strong Business Partnering/Consulting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer orientation with proven experience, service delivery management, HR process design and employee administration
• Being a team player who is able to support change and motivate others
• High degree of motivation, reliability, stress-resistance and confidentiality

The offered salary for this position is € 1,700 gross. This salary is the minimum possible offer and may be higher depending on the scope and seniority of employee requirements.
