Job description, responsibilities and duties

In the field of management and communication, the manager
is responsible for:
> Performance of activities within the scope of valid regulations and ordinances, as well as energy activities, process efficiency, work safety and fulfillment of tasks within the business plan
> Communication with the state administration, regulatory
and other authorities in the field of energy
> Active steering and management of projects in energy efficiency and sustainability projects
> Management of heterogeneous teams (80 employees)
> Establish a business relationship with customers,
other departments, external partners

As part of planning and controlling:
> Prepares energy consumption plans and budgets, including maintenance
> Plans and implements new methods of saving energy media, which minimize the cost and improve the efficiency
of processes within Continental
> Assesses and approves technical and business conditions
for the procurement and sale of energy services
> Cooperates in the creation of economic plans of the department, development projects and modernization actions
