Job description, responsibilities and duties

> Development of CBS roadmap for HBS in alignment with Automotive Manufacturing community
> Develop, drive and monitor ww CBS activities according to roadmaps and execute in the respective areas
> Mentor local CBS Coaches to support them in executing the improvement routine
> Coach BU and plant management, create CBS awareness
> Prepare process mapping, bring eye ball for activities towards improvement process, projects focus and assertiveness
> Identify CBS opportunities within the area of responsibility and in cross-functional areas
> Initiate and coach CBS projects, identify CBS coaches for locations WW.
> Support Location CBS Coaches in developing future CBS Practitioners e.g. through training and certification
> Apply lean leadership principles
> Lead coordination, structuring to promote CBS by talents with respective alignment with TMOD process.
> Act as a role model applying improvement routine to support promotion of cultural change
> Live and promote the CBS principles and methods
> Responsible for maintaining CBS Project Database: Project approvals, Project Charter, Achieved results and overall accuracy of information
> Use best practice experience of network, participate and ensure best practice exchange within specialists network
> Functional reporting line to HBS Reporting line to Head of Quality and CBS for HBS; disciplinary reporting line to Plant Manager Zvolen

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Six Sigma - Basic
Lean management - Advanced

Required experience

5 -7 years in automotive business in similar position

Personality requirements and skills

> Six Sigma Black Belt is of advantage
> Knowledge of Lean Management principles
> 5-7 years experiencee in automotive business in similar position,
> Growth mindset
