Job description, responsibilities and duties

> Ensuring the purchase of materials and auxiliaries materials needed for conveyor belt production
> Ensuring the purchase of goods and services
> Ensuring the introduction of new materials, additional assortment and goods in SAP system
> Ensuring the creating orders in SAP system and sending them to suppliers
> Ensuring the creating buying view in SAP system for new suppliers
> Processing of purchasing reports
> Ensuring solutions for complaints with suppliers
> Ensuring contests for ordering repairs
> Processing a monthly production plan from a material purchase perspective
> Processing of purchase requests and submission of purchase order for purchase of reinforced materials, supply and goods and services
> Ensure, in cooperation with a company that ensures unloading, the timely unloading of materials and goods for conveyor belt production
> Ensuring the processing of purchase prices for materials in SAP system
Performs operational tasks as required by the supervisor.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

B

Personality requirements and skills

Education in chemist or rubber technology
>English language very communicative
>Experience in basic statistics methods
>Knowledge of rubber materials and components
