Job description, responsibilities and duties

> Responsible for project „Target Approval“ from definition of customer requirements (VW, Mercedes) to product release – project manager
> Development of new summer/all season tire with focus to required performance, quality and cost competitiveness
> Design of construction, optimization of pattern, contour, compound, coordination of experimental tire production
> Test concept creation and evaluation with the customer
> Industrialization of approved specification to serial production and monitoring of the quality
> Support of new technologies development
> Close cooperation with production and other R&D departments on product portfolio consolidation

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

B

Personality requirements and skills

> University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Natural science
> Fluent English language
> Ideal candidate is able to racionally think ad work under pressure and handle stress
> Flexible, customer and quality oriented
> Excellent communication and social networking skills
