IT specialist for CAD On-site support

Job description, responsibilities and duties

1) user support and consulting for the usage of Unigraphics NX and Teamcenter
2) user support for inhouse applications that are applied for the mold order process
3) problem analysis in operations of NX and Teamcenter on end user workstations
4) regular communication with the tool development group located in Germany
5) handling of tickets in the ticket system
6) execute workshops and trainings to train users for the usage of NX and Teamcenter
7) creation and maintenance of templates with NX functionalities
8) problem analysis and solution during conversion to neutral CAD formats
9) collaboration within projects for CAD application development
