Job description, responsibilities and duties
Finance manager is a part of plant management team.
Provides leadership and management of the finance department (controlling and accounting).
Is responsible for effective accounting and tax processes and communication with state authorities and banks.
Prepares annual budgets, monthly forecasts, implements budgets controls and deviation analysis.
Oversees whole financial reporting package towards Plant manager and Group Finance manager.
Sets up and tracks financial KPIs.
