The Procure to Pay (PTP) department covers all activities related to 3rd party supplier invoices, employee expense reports and inter-company invoices from invoice receipt to payment – including supporting the tasks of helpdesk, account reconciliation, invoice compliance and reporting. We are looking for an Accountant Clerk to join this department.
Your duties will be:
We are looking for someone who will scan, validate and archive received financial documents. You will be also responsible for solving issues which sometimes occur while scanning. So if you are the investigative type you might really enjoy it :)
In addition to that, you will be providing support to other departments and
our internal customers.
What do we expect from you? We expect:
• Business education degree or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting
• 0 – 1,5 years’ experience in Finance/Administrative area
• Intermediate English knowledge
• Willingness to learn, development and engagement are always welcomed
• Being a team-player as we all like to be in a good spirit and help to recharge each other batteries
• Experience with MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook)
The starting salary is at min 1 100 EURO/ month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.
