Job description, responsibilities and duties

Reception services:
- Greeting clients and other visitors (providing information and help, giving instructions, registration etc.)
- Handling of incoming and outgoing mail/courier shipments (registration, collecting, distributing)
- Handling incoming invoices (registration, preparing electronic orders, investigations etc.)
- Various ad hoc activities within the department (Business & Travel Shared Services - BTSS) including archiving, vendor management, filing, scanning, indexing and other related administrative support
- Preparation of various metrics/statistics and reports on regular/ad hoc basis
- Conference room management
- Office/Kitchen supplies management
