Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • plans, organizes, and controls activities related to the operation of the Ready Products warehouse,
  • organizes the work of personnel working in a warehouse involved to the collection, storage, loading of materials and ready products,
  • consults and cooperates with the managers of particular cells in order to generally coordinate the work of the warehouse with the production department and raw material warehouse,
  • manages the daily inventory, storage and security of stored products,
  • prepares instructions regarding the regulations and procedures in force in the warehouse,
  • inspects the warehouse and its equipment; prepares the order of works, such as repairs and replacement needs,
  • handle and responds to complaints regarding problems related to shipping and storaging of the ready product
