Job description, responsibilities and duties
• accounting control of accounting documents
• daily enter key data of invoicing in database, posting fixed assets, purchases
• reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• checking the compatibility of purchase documents with approved orders; explaining differences
• decommissioning and posting of material purchases and other costs
• analysis and ongoing control of accounting / purchasing side accounts
• confirmation and reconciliation of balances with counter parties; explain differences
• participation in the closure process of the month / year
• preparing reports and reports for external and internal needs
• communication with IT support to the extent necessary to perform the duties entrusted
• participation in monthly and annual inventory counting of finished goods and raw materials; identifying and explaining accounts’ inventory differences
• monitoring and controlling movements of materials within the production cycle
