Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Support and execute designed testing procedures according test plans.
• Analyze and validate test executions and test results.
• Prepare test reports, test surveys and analyses.
• Preparing test environments and conditions per testing procedures
• Support application installation and integration tasks.
• Basic troubleshooting and identifying issues, follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports.

Onsite training of 5 weeks.
The position might require to flight to on site in Amsterdam (for the training and twice per year). The base is an office in Bratislava. Up to 20% home office.
