Job description, responsibilities and duties
Purpose of the role:
IT application and administration support for German speaking users
Key Accountabilities:
IT application and administration support for German speaking users
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage and support D&T Process for starters and leavers incl. IT access rights incl. documentation
- Handle workflows, add improvements and help to define new innovative processes
- Responsible for SAP user management and access rights
- Responsible for SAP authorization concept and role creation
- Perform SAP license management and user account reporting and verification
- Analyze application issues and provide 1st and 2nd level support
- Manage application support tickets (incidents, requests, changes) and coordinate external partners
- Interact with internal clients, acting as a liaison between business and technology areas
- Builds relationships with internal clients to improve services and ensure service levels being met
- Participate and drive D&T projects according to D&T roadmap
- IT- and business project management: Manage project scope, change management, monitors project progress and performance
- Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines
- Create documentation, instruct others
- Seek and implement continuous improvement opportunities; keep abreast of technology changes and training requirements related to the role
