Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose of the role:
The Project Coordinator will be a critical role in the Occupancy Planning project responsible for the coordination of the project, making sure timelines are met, deliveries are in high quality, all stakeholders are informed about the next steps, ensuring all steps of the process are clearly set and in line with the client requirement. This role will be a key interface for the project stakeholders, the Account leadership & the client stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Project management & coordination of the CBRE & client Plan and forecasting inputs
  • Coordination of all involved stakeholders, managing & validating deliveries in each one of the steps in the process
  • Scheduling meetings, keeping the project steps within the set timeline
  • Making sure the deliveries are in line with the client requirements
  • Making sure all reports/outcomes are delivered on time
  • Ability to follow escalation paths when needed and required
  • Ensure consistency of the deliveries throughout the regions
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with the stakeholders
  • Support Global Account/ Divisional/ Global leadership with high quality information.
  • Act as point of contact for all CBRE stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Be able to identify issues/discrepancies within the outcome files

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
