Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose of the role:
The Workplace Data Analyst has overall responsibility for how we use data produced across the account to enable decisions to be made that support business outcomes; provide accurate occupancy demand planning; and to support the business processes to ensure requests for change and information flow is efficient.
The Workplace Data Analyst will primarily be the focal point for all analytic matters, working closely with the Workplace Occupancy network to maximize the breadth of information produced across space management and space planning to provide insightful information to support decision making.

 Timely and accurate reporting and analysis of country, regional and account wide workplace metrics
 Ensure that approaches to data analytics are statistically valid and are aligned to current state-of-the-art practices
 Develop and drive appropriate Business Intelligence dashboards to meet internal decisions and client needs including greater intelligence/benchmark analysis from other CBRE accounts or related businesses.
 Interpret statistical data and draw conclusions with supporting rationales
 Conducts analysis of workplace including program improvement recommendations
 Performs root cause analysis of actual numbers and identifies corrective action
 Makes recommendations regarding ways to streamline processes and increase efficiencies and effectiveness
 Utilizes statistical tools to establish a formal system for planning, completing and reporting
 Drive workplace analytics to identify opportunities for change and innovation
 Other duties as assigned

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

 Analytical thinking - ability to analyse complex problems and provide simplified solutions for fast and effective decisions
 High attention to detail
 Effective interpersonal skills, especially communication (verbal / written)
 Ability to understand user requirments and provide reporting in clear format
 Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of options in varying situations and ambiguity; requires analytical and quantitative skills
 Strong planning and organizing skills
 Proficient in use of software especially MS Office applications
 English language
 Previous knowledge of any space management platforms preferred (Manhattan, Archibus, Tririga, Planon, etc.)
 AutoCAD 2004 onwards experience is not essential but a great benefit
 Over 3 years demonstrable experience
