Position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • In charge of administration support and agenda
  • Preparing documentation for payroll, attendance system administration
  • Issuing all employment related documents (employment contracts, amendments, offer letters, confirmations)
  • Responsible for completion and accuracy of all personnel files
  • Organizing trainings for employees, regular medical check-up and re checkups
  • Conducts new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of benefits
  • Ordering, sorting and distribution of meal vouchers for all employees
  • Operates as first point of contact for basic management of HR-related queries and issues
  • Communication and cooperation with external vendors, government institutions
  • Provides standard reports and analyses as requested by other HR team members
  • Responsible for employee benefits, communication with suppliers, ordering and distribution
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Higher education - Bc degree
- 1-2 years’ experience at the position of HR Administrator or HR Specialist
- Basic knowledge of Slovak labor code
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Interpersonal skills / Teamwork
- Communication skills
- Customer Satisfaction
- Initiative / Execution / Innovation
- Able to maintain the highest degree on confidentiality and professional discretion.
- Able to multi-task, communicate progress and meet deadlines.
