Your role :
- Specification of job profiles and candidate profiles for searched positions
- Creating of job postings
- Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates
- Conducting job interviews
- Coordinating recruitment process
- Cooperation with personal agencies, municipalities, schools and universities in promotion projects and recruitment activities
- Identification and analysis of training and development needs of our employees, support of our managers in definition of training and development needs of their teams
- Proposal of training and development activities based on identified needs
- Organization of trainings and development programs internally or externally
- Evaluation of trainings and recruitment effectiveness
- Preparation and coordination of newcomers integration
- Training suppliers’ selection
- Training budgets preparation
- Supporting the communication and traveling throughout the plants
- Regular reporting towards superior and headquarters.
