Job description, responsibilities and duties
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
These include the following :
- Maintain and grow the existing customer business and develop prospective customers in the territory
- Develop long term business relationships
- Provide a high level of application technology expertise for Carmeuse products and services within the customer territory
- Contribute actively to the development and execution of the industry sector market plans for the region
- Reports budgets and analyses
- Maintain active memberships and participation in relevant industry associations and technical support groups

University education (Master's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Ukrainian - Advanced (C1)
Personality requirements and skills
Education:
- University degree (technical, chemistry or economics)
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of business experience in technical sales preferably in a field of heavy industry
- Min. 3 years living, studying or working in Ukraine
- Good knowledge of Ukraine market
Professional skills:
- Fluent in English – mandatory
- Fluent in Ukrainian –mandatory
- Problem solving, customer oriented
- Negotiation skills, good communicator and presenter
- Building customer relationships
- Professionalism and personal credibility
- Driving license, willingness to travel
