Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Provide professional advice to clients in terms of office renting both on landlord and tenant side, mainly in Prague and throughout Czech Republic
• Proactively looks for and to target new mandates and revenue opportunities with new and existing clients by cold calling, networking
• Maintain client relationships and act as liaison with clients on specific projects
• Develop internal and external network for business pipeline/opportunities
• Deliver activities and projects within client expectations (e.g. time, quality)
• Contribute to identifying and delivering cross-selling opportunities for other business lines
• Manage and liaise with property/facility management teams and other professionals to provide a full service to the client
