Job description, responsibilities and duties

We would like to introduce our job opportunity for experienced Internal Auditors and Managers.

Main responsibilities :
• elaborates the internal control plan based on the results of risk assessment and local legal requirement
• responsible for all measures to ensure and increase the BNPP PF security and efficiency through control, analysis and assessment of individual processes
• ensures the implementation of the annual plan of activities of the Internal Control Division after approval by the head of branch and the Internal Control Group
• Coordinating policy implementation in line with the BNPP PF Internal Control Group having regard for applicable local regulations and functions performed under “Best Practice” rules
• Ensuring the consistent, reliable and fair performance of activities focussing in particular on clients’ interests, market integrity, the good name of BNP Paribas and its legitimate interests
• Verifying the reliability of information and reporting it to the local regulatory authorities
• Ensuring that the staff of the Internal Control department have adequate training for the efficient organisation of Internal Control
• Preparing the annual plan of internal controls based on the results of risk assessment

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft Outlook - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

Professional knowledge and requirements :
• At least 3 years of experience in Banking sector or other financial institution
• Managerial experience at least 3 years in bank or 5 years in other financial institute
• Knowledge of processes in financial institution
• Experience in internal control or audit position at least 3 years
• Advanced user-level PC skills – Excel, Outlook
• Knowledge of English is must (communication on daily basis)
• Orientated in law system of the Slovak Republic
