BizMut Marketing GmbH is B2B performance marketing division of Finc3, one of Germany’s most well-respected and innovative digital consultancy firms.
We work with some top brands and online businesses to help them build their marketing investment into a measurable growth machine.
So what would you do, if you join us?
Help us analyse raw data to make smart & data based strategic and operational decisions for our internal and external clients.
Mostly by executing the entire Business Intelligence cycle from gathering data and organizing it through reporting, turning it into meaningful information through analysis all the way to collaborating on making actionable decisions.
You would participate on creating BI strategy for the company.
You would spend a portion of your time learning and practicing new skills under a guidance of experienced mentor and over time become an independent expert in tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Power Query.
So how would you spend your time?
About 50% @DATA
• Carrying out data extraction (together with our software engineers), transformation, loading and report building
• Creating reports, analyses, dashboards, presentations, and info-graphics that are insightful & easily understandable for internal and external clients
ABOUT 20% CLIENTS
Present your reports, analyses and discuss key insights with stakeholders.
After your on-boarding period, you will be ready to take over responsibility for individual clients and become their main contact person, regarding data related questions.
ABOUT 20% @ PROJECTS
You will become part of a product development team and provide your input on clients’ needs and technical feasibility
You will steer the collaboration with the software team, for which you translate client’s needs into technical requirements
ABOUT 10 % @ YOU
You will learn and practice new skills, relevant to your field and beyond.
You will get deep insights into other teams such as Advertising or People & Culture, so that you get a broad understanding of our business and understand the “bigger picture”.

BIG BIG PLUS IF YOU HAVE (ONE OR MORE) :
Experience with and/or Microsoft Power BI Power Querry and/or SQL is helpful, but not required.
