Job description, responsibilities and duties

Central Purchasing department looking for projects oriented and digitally/IT experienced Global Process leader who has experiencies with implementation of digital tools in purchasing area!
• You take the lead on the projects that fits within the digitization roadmap of S2P (Robotic Process Automation, Best-of-breed solutions within P2P, Celonis Process Mining)
• You focus on the entire end to end process of Source To Pay (S2P), to reach a standardized, automated & harmonized process
• You act as a project manager within the process teams to meet the objectives for process optimization through advanced project management
• You conceptualize ideas and translate these into a strict project planning, tangible KPI's & respective reports
• You are responsible for the implementation, follow up & measurement of the KPI's
• You keep track of the best practices and optimize, on a continuous improvement basis, existing processes with internal & external stakeholders
• You implement and document the defined processes and best practices in procedures & policies and the S2P Process Manual
• You design and maintain the content of the Purchasing Process Manual reflecting the S2P processes and give trainings in this context
• You communicate global information on S2P & Procurement Excellence to the regional stakeholders
• You work closely together with the Global P2P Process Manager, Procurement Excellence Manager, the Global Category Managers, Regional Purchasing Managers, the Supplier Quality Manager and their respective teams, the appropriate business owners and global functions
• You report functionally to the Global P2P Process Manager

• You have strong project management skills with focus on implementing processes, knowledge about trends in IT solutions/digitalization
• You are able to follow up closely action plans and develop creative solutions
• You are a strong leader and communicator with excellent interpersonal skills what makes you able to influence, motivate & coordinate internal & external stakeholders
• You are able to cope with change management and lead & facilitate the organization in change processes
• You adapt easily through all different levels of the organization with respect for cultural differences
• You have a critical & analytical mindset what helps you to focus on continuous improvement and efficiency
• As a self starter, it gives you energy to take ownership and work in an autonomous manner with a strong focus on delivering results
• You are a dynamic, flexible, ambitious person with a high sense for pro activeness and taking initiative
• You have profound conceptual understanding of the Procurement and/or Accounts Payable Processes
• You have a thorough knowledge of MS Office, Data Analysis and SAP & ERP software
• You are willing to travel (continental & intercontinental)
