Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your role:
Your role in supporting control EMEA :
- You ensure proper monthly management reporting
- You support regional control in budgeting exercises, ad hoc analyses,…
- You periodically provide analyses on business results and propose critical decisions to the management
- You monitor the reporting on sales and propose corrective actions if needed
- You analyse the economical feasibility of investments and projects
Your role as Controlling specialist Slovakia:
- For given field of responsibility you manage and maintain an efficient and economically sound planning and control system in line with Group policies, in order to control and monitor the business success in compliance with legal regulations
- You monitor proper application of transfer price policies
- You monitor the day-to-day working capital management and CAPEX spending in given field
- You support regular audits to ensure correct implementation of defined policies and procedures
- You support statutory accounting duties in close cooperation with central functions
- You support and take responsibility for monthly & quarterly closing activities in given field
- You coach and develop junior finance team members

Your profile :
- You are a university graduate in finance and have some years of experience in a financial/accounting/tax position, through which you gained maturity and showed integrity
- You have good knowledge of plant operations and financial reporting systems. Prefarably SAP based
- You have a dynamic personality with good analytical and synthetical thinking skills
- You are result-oriented and a good listener
- You speak fluently English
- You are willing to travel intensively: 25% ( at least 1 week per month)
