A well-established international company, operating all over the world is looking for a qualified candidate who will work as a Payroll Specialist.
Responsible for:
- Payroll compliance for our clients– including gross to net and net to gross calculations, employer registrations and joiners’ and leavers’ administration
- Monitoring of legislative changes related to payroll agenda, their implementation and communication to the client
- Preparation of statistical documents for the Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic, communication with external institutions (Health Insurance, Social Insurance, DDS)
- Preparation and reconciliation of payroll data for the client on monthly basis, data processing for payroll accounting
- Preparation of job legal documents (i.e. employment contracts, temporary agreements and other)
- Providing support to clients with salary and other payroll questions
- Preparation and review of travel expense reports
- Preparation of annual payroll tax reconciliation
- Bank payment orders preparation
- Communication with legal authorities
- Preparation of documents for accounting
- Reporting according individual requirements of the client
