Job description, responsibilities and duties

Select and maintain best practice processes in deployment of global company policies and support implementation
Collect, analyze and report local customer satisfaction data
Coach process owners in application of "automotive process approach" and quality tools
Monitor monthli KPIs achievment with process owners
Plan internal system audits according to all standards and assure timely conduction
Plan internal manufacturing process audits per standard, as well as customer specific requirements

Personality requirements and skills

University degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, plastic engineering or comparable studies
Min. 5 year professional working experience in the automotive industry on position Quality/IMS/QMS Manager
Quality auditor certification for IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 (advantage ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
Familiar with the application of automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA)
English language - fluently (B2/C1)
Strong communication and presentation skills as well as outstanding judgement and solution competence
Willingness to travel abroad more than 70% of working time (only Europe)
