  • It is crucial in this position to have the disposition and eagerness to serve employees both professionally and personally if needed
  • Handle recruiting and coordinate pre-screen interview
  • Responsible for coordination of new-hire paperwork, personnel file maintenance and audit ready completeness of all files
  • Coordinates new hire and termination process for team members
  • Ensures and monitors compliance with employment laws 
  • Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
  • Developing with line managers HR strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements and capacity planning
  • Planning training and development – including onboarding for new hires
  • Responsibility for Office management
  • Organizing company events
  • Reports to CEO

  • Completed secondary education
  • University education (preferably economics or human resources) is welcome
  • Working experience in a HR Generalist position min. 5 years
  • Knowledge of Slovak labor code on advanced level
  • Ability to prioritize competing projects and deliver with confidence in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills, structured way of working
  • Communicative, team player
  • Change and customer oriented
