Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Developing and implementing of a budget and action plan in order to maintain all installations, equipment and infrastructure in good condition
Organizing of all necessary adaptations on installations and machines within the foreseen budget and time limits in order to follow evolutions on product development.
Managing and planning daily work of a team of maintenance employees in an efficient way in order to avoid breakdowns of the equipment
Supervising the quality of the maintenance work that is outsourced to subcontractors
Involving in the roll-out of important infrastructure projects

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Education in mechanical engineering
Relevant experience in maintenance department of a production company
Excellent team leader qualities and communication skills
Dynamic and pro-active attitude to given tasks
Very good organizational skills
Active knowledge of English language
