JOB MISSION
The position provides vision, design, launch & further leadership, tactical coordination and controlling of group´s overall lean operational program. That includes change management tools and practices, as well as rigorous project disciplines, within a framework of planned production.
JOB ROLE (competence set)
• This role focuses on the elimination of waste and variation throughout the manufacturing process.
• You will identify short and long term improvement opportunities and partner with site leaders to schedule and complete projects/special assignments.
• You will manage the plant's lean projects which includes periodic follow-up to ensure all improvements are tracked, measured and implemented per strategic action plans.
• You will maintain the visual measurements for the value stream, including the current-state and future-state value stream maps.
• You will implement and utilize the group´s focus on Lean fundamentals (takt time, one piece flow, standard work and pull systems).
• You will provide leadership, mentoring, and training to all levels and functions within the plant in the use of lean and six sigma methodologies.

• Provide NOT ONLY TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in the implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives, performing high level analysis and delivering efficiencies across the value stream but also educating and imparting knowledge to others.
• Proven leadership skills to COACH and LEAD teams to fully deliver chartered objectives and projects.
• SELF-STARTER with excellent organizational skills in planning and organizing to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Advanced problem solving capabilities, attention to detail and NUMERICAL APTITUDE.
• Black Belt or Master Black Belt (or equivalent certification) is strongly preferred.
• Personal interest in high-end technologies
