Backend Team Lead

Duties
· Lead and coach our project team and ensure a high-quality standard
· Implement and follow the Agile methodologies and best practices
· Joining the process of evaluation and prioritizing of software requirements
· Organizing together with the Product Owners the back end backlog
· Supervise and write efficient and reliable code; use best practices with our team
· Analysis software module requirements
· Collaborating and interacting with the front-end team
· Production of software architecture documents
· Assisting in testing, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation, and reporting
· Participating in technical workgroups and progress meetings
· Assisting with the implementation of the architecture and the infrastructure requirements
· Software design and custom development of the components of the architecture and building blocks
· Troubleshooting issues and analyzing the performance of the platform
· Coordinate under the supervision of the CTO the design and implementation of Hybrid Cloud Solutions

Skills
· Advanced knowledge of C#
· Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft .NET platform
· Advanced knowledge of the design and integrations best practices
· Advanced knowledge of the web technologies
· Good knowledge of SQL and SQL Server
· Knowledge of the Agile methodologies
· 2-4 years on leading a team of 5 developers
· 5 years of experience of development of web application
· Fluent English

Nice to Have
· Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or other Cloud Solutions
· Knowledge of enterprise patterns applied to Hybrid Cloud Architectures
· Knowledge of gaming development
· Knowledge of banking system development
