Job description, responsibilities and duties
* First contact window for customers regarding technical and quality issues
* Service bridge between AUO HQ and customer, communicate with HQ and feedback information to customers
* Defected LCD TFT screens verification at customer site, RMA request and quality status feedback to HQ and to customer
* Technical problem diagnosis and trouble shooting by both remotely and at customer site, confirming true/false alarm, clearly communicate problem with HQ and customer
* Defected material sorting and rework organizing and management
* Regular quality meetings with customer

* Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering or related fields
* Very good communication skills in English in both verbal and written (min. B2 level)
* Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites and on short notice (mostly in Central Europe region, travel up to 50% of working time)
* Strong organizational skills, problem solving and analytical ability
* Self starter, able to work independently and under pressure
* Office package knowledge
* Driving license “B”
* Understanding of electronics schematics and mechanical drawings would be an added advantage
* Experience with video processing systems (LCD TV, PDP, CRT) would be an added advantage
* Very good communication skills in English in both verbal and written (min. B2 level)
* Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites and on short notice (mostly in Central Europe region, travel up to 50% of working time)
* Strong organizational skills, problem solving and analytical ability
