The role:

We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst with a keen eye for detail! The day to day responsibilities of this role will include;

• Ensuring that CAP HPI produces accurate products within agreed Service Levels.
• Driving product quality for all customers
• Assist in developing & refining efficiencies within the department
• Managing and resolving queries
• Building effective relationships with OEM/importers to ensure CAP HPI maintains market leadership.
• Processing New Vehicle data to agreed standard and volumes.
• Delivering accurate products to CAP HPI’s Customers
• Identifying & delivering product and service improvements.
• Identifying & delivering process & cost efficiency gains
• Maintaining good relations with all information providers.
• Producing, reviewing and maintaining a personal development plan.


Key accountabilities:

• Process new vehicle data accurately within Service Levels.
• Promptly resolve all administrative queries from internal and external customers
• Communicate all internal requests by e-mail to the relevant party and follow-up with meetings as necessary.
• Match CAP HPI codes with data from third party businesses

Experience that we are looking for:

Essential

• Attention to detail
• Able to work concentrate and focussed
• Proven track record of successful OEM/Importer relationship building
• Proven track record of successful query & issue resolution.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Able to work as part of a team

Preferred

• An understanding of the European motor industry
