FP&A and Assistant to OCEO VP Finance

Solera (6000+ employees) is looking for a highly analytical, creative and forward-thinking finance person to support delivery at finance mission the Office of CEO. This position will report to OCEO VP Finance and will work closely with executive leadership of multiple operational units to establish and execute strategic planning and reporting initiatives for those units.

The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, lead a team of finance professionals, tackle multiple projects, and efficiently execute deliverables. Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize. Advanced knowledge of Excel (including efficient use of functions and pivoting) and PowerPoint is a must.

Your Mission
Primary responsibilities will include financial reporting, analysis and collaborating with partners, driving planning and budgeting, financial drills discipline, and month end reporting.
• Interact with finance and business stakeholders at multiple levels to deliver solutions and execute financial reporting in BI systems
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation & change management and balance the business needs.
• Execute annual and multi-year budgeting and planning process for multiple operation units.
• Execute monthly analysis of operating plan budget and forecast to actual results.

The position to be based in Bratislava, but working across globe based on specific operational needs - either remotely or on spot (USA, Switzerland, Netherland or so).
