Job description, responsibilities and duties
Execution and administration of annual target setting and target achievement process for Group Senior Management Functions in 10 countries
Develop, implement and monitor Compensation & Benefits guidelines and underlying processes
Set up and perform yearly individual salary review workflow for Group Senior Management Functions in 10 countries
Provide ad-hoc analysis of compensation benchmarks
Manage HR Projects (eg operational setup of new entities in Arab region)
Act as local Business Partner and remote HR support for small sales offices (eg India)
Create various standard and ad hoc reports utilizing Workday HCM
Your profile:
University degree in Economics, HR or related field
Minimum five years professional experience in the field of Human Resources
Management in an international and/or cross cultural environment
Project management experience and affinity to numbers
Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal skills
Conclusive skills of multi-tasking and working under pressure
Fluency in English language; German is an additional asset
