Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Manager with experience selling technology and/or networking services over the phone, by email, and via web-based presentations.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for full ownership of small enterprise accounts and partial ownership of medium/ large enterprise accounts. Your goal will be to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction. This includes development of account strategies/ plans, new sales offerings, management of end to end sales cycle, support of client day2/ lifecycle operations, revenue growth, maintenance of professional relationship with executives and functional leaders within assigned client base, communication and interaction with internal/ external partners, billing/ technical operational departments, tracking of all new orders from initial receipt through to billing closure, ad-hoc reporting, etc.
We expect you to continue expanding/ improving your technical & product knowledge by attending educational workshops and/ or reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention is maintained. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business, hitting sales quotas and loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market.
Qualifications
Required Skills: fluent English including proficiency in writing, excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships, organizational/ time/ workload management skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to set priorities and make decisions quickly, capable of solving complex problems, pragmatic, analytical, resourceful, self-motivated, proactive, with attention to details, strong team player with commitment and positive attitude, etc.
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles and CRM systems (e.g. SalesForce) is a plus.
Position may require occasional travel & paid overtimes.
