Job description, responsibilities and duties
Process, including project management tasks (liaising with 3rd parties, scheduling, execution of planned change request), customer single point of contact for assigned project
- technical validation and preparation of the change request (configuration script), execution of the change during scheduled window, testing & troubleshooting, root cause analysis, producing technical documentation
- project administration & data processing in internal tooling (multiple applications, dBs, tools)

Working hours: EMEA time zone with flexibility to work US EST hours + engineers are expected to be flexible and to support customers in different time zones (irregular events in the evenings/weekends)
