Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and profile new accounts for AT&T services
- Order service administrator for new accounts
- Review contracts in PCS Homer tracking system
- Perform tasks in EFMS when account profiling tasks are received
- Update GIOM with new account setup id¡¦s
- Keep the billing coordinators for various countries informed of new and updated accounts for customers
- Update account profiling tasks in GCSM and submit to EFMS/Project Management

Personality requirements and skills
- Two or more years experience in customer service, collections, or sales

- Fluent English language required
