Principal Software Developer – Code Ninja

We are looking for a developer who has balance of programming and soft skills. This person will be expected to tackle many challenges and show that there is nothing that can’t be solved with use of a computer. This person will be required to choose the battles wisely and prioritize the most pressing issues accordingly. They should master many new technologies and yet still be hungry to keep learning new skills. This person should be able to pass on their knowledge to others thrugh mentoring.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Working independently on a web based tools for various business needs
• Finding working solutions for small and big business problems
• Engaging in all development and release stages
• Maintenance and enhancements of existing web based tools
• Coaching others

Key Competencies and Skills:
Hard Skills

Advance knowledge:
• “Full stack web development”
• Programming Languages: Knowledge of Object oriented programming principles, PHP, JavaScript
• Frameworks: AngularJS, jQuery, Bootstrap
• Databases: SQL based, document based (JSON)
• UI: HTML, CSS
• Other: Linux, Apache server, RESTful API’s

Advantage:
• NodeJS
• Code automation frameworks such as Grunt, Gulp or npm
• Code versioning tools such as GIT
• Code generators such as Yeoman
