Job description, responsibilities and duties
NETWORK ENGINEER for web conferencing services is role taking care of technical support for web conferencing services WebEx, WebEx CCA-SP, AT&T Connect. Troubleshoot web conferencing service issues including 3rd party integrations.
Roles and responsibilities:
Must be able to effectively troubleshoot complex connectivity issues related to web conferencing client software and customer network factors (proxy servers, firewall, security protocols), etc.
