Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
You will be a part of AR team supporting various Arval entities within a Central Europe region. This position is suitable for candidates only with previous experience of double-entry bookkeeping. Your responsibilities will be focused on managing the entire Accounts Receivables agenda for one of the country, which our Regional center supports.
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Perform checks on the monthly invoice batch
- Generate and send out invoices
- Create manual invoices, credit notes
- Generate payment and collection files
- Generate payment and collection files
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Generate receivables ageing analysis
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities, initiate collection efforts by contacting the customer via phone or e-mail
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Assist in month end closing, perform account reconciliations and other controls
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
