Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

In this position you will be leading Accounts receivable department and you will be fully responsible of the assigned team, including the steering, workload allocation, schedulling and review of performed work.

Your daily tasks would be:
  • Leading the accounting platform of the Regional Centre which manages the accounting activities for the various countries
  • Ensuring that the agreed SLA is respected
  • Ensuring understanding and compliant service delivery accros Regional center of agreed policies and procedures by team members.
  • Supporting team members to achieve performance and quality standards as defined in SLA agreements
  • Sustainable development of the team members, identifying talents
  • Regular contact with the supported countries and solving uprising issues (in communication, in delivered services, in provided cooperation from the local country)
  • Complex general ledger processing
  • Processing of monthly, quarterly and yearly closing
  • Cooperation with the controlling department during the regular closings
  • Determining the accounting methodology and contributing to the development of the internal accounting procedures and guidelines
  • Maintaining effective functioning of the internal control system
  • Coordination of monthly closings
  • Providing consultancy and support to the Accounting manager and all other departments and functions within the organisation
