Damage Specialist (German language essential)

The Damage department is a highly skill team of specialist responsible for insurance and damage administration process for the car fleets of our Arval entities in Austria and Switzerland. Your main focus will be processing and coordinating of car damage insurance cases. You will be interacting with local entities, insurance companies, car repair services and car importers.

• Responsibility for reporting damages into our own system and insurance companies
• Communication with suppliers in terms of vehicle repair ( garages, insurance

companies, client, brokers )

• Approval repairs of vehicles after damages
• Financial settlement of damage
• Advice and assistance for clients
• Checking received payments from Insurance companies
• Communication with internal / external clients
• Active follow up and solving of complains

• Team-buildings, Family day celebrations, Christmas party, Health Awareness day

and other social occasions to celebrate the teamwork

• After 1 year of service, additional contribution for retirement saving plan
