Job description, responsibilities and duties
In the position your key responsibilities will be:
- Prepare and report monthly activity indicators
- Prepare and report monthly financial reporting (P&L and Balance Sheet)and transition from the statutory financial statements to IFRS, with appropriate variance analyses against budget and forecast
- Calculation of IAS adjustments and their impact on the income statement
- Responsible for the processing of quarterly and budget forecasts in the operative part of the income statement and preparation of the Activity KPIs in consultation with General Management
- Prepare and process the Boards documentation for related meetings
- Communication of all requested reports to the group and region
- Processing department-specific analyses and reports on a monthly basis
- Calculate short-term and long-term funding requirements to ensure the liquidity of the company and the appointment of the relevant funds in treasury at BNP Paribas in consultation with management
- Monthly liquidity and interest rate analysis in accordance with the guidelines of BNP Paribas
- Daily control of the refinancing interest rates to further settlement to our clients and their communication to the concerned departments
- Develop and improve existing reporting tools in consultation with management
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company/ group
- Preparation of various business reports
