Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Leading an international contact center – Shared Service Center supporting other Arval entities
- Performing forecasting and scheduling of inbound and outbound activities
- Ensuring that the agreed SLA is respected
- Monitoring and ensuring of accountability for the application of operating systems including policies and procedures, operating structure, and information flow
- Works with key stakeholders (local and international) to continually improve ARVAL processes
- Implements best practice functionality of telephony system by working closely with IT
- Methodologically managing contact center and related processes
- Regular contact with the supported countries and solving uprising issues (in communication, in delivered services, in provided cooperation from the local country)
- Leading and supervising a team of Driver Desk Operators supporting drivers of selected Arval entities
- Responsible for switchboard activities
- Participating in the recruitment process
- Development of the team members, identifying talents
