Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Being responsible for the comprehensive management of employee records and the administration related to hiring, terminations and change of employees
• Coordinating recruitment activities
• Keeping evidence of labor law documentation and its adjustment
• Processing employee attendance
• Organizing transportation for employees
• Cooperating with Payroll Accounting Office in relation to employee evaluation, wages
• Setting up HR processes in Production and Logistics
• Training and coaching Supervisors and Gap Leaders in the field of HR processes within Production and Logistics
• Organizing events for employees
• Cooperating on dual education
• Preparing documents for audits
• Providing support to HR Manager
• Providing employees and Line Managers with consultancy in the area of HR legislation and the Labor Code

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced

Driving licence

B

Experience in the position/sector

Production (engineering/automotive)

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree
• Minimum 3 years of previous experience on a similar HR position
• Experience with recruitment, evaluation and development of employees, including identification of development potential, in a manufacturing company; experience from automotive industry is welcome
• Active knowledge of spoken and written English language (B2 level at least)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• High level of responsibility, independence and cooperation
• Dynamic personality focused on proactively seeking solutions and achieving goals and results
• Ready to develop his / her skills and to enlarge his / her responsibilities
• Availability to relocate abroad in the future
