Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Creating production plan with the main to ensure smooth running of the production meeting set quality standards, cost targets and customer demand on time
• Aligning productions capacities with the demand plan
• Managing work and shipment schedules
• Monitoring the production progress, analyzing available capacities
• Determining resource needs (labor, equipment and raw materials); working in line with Supply Planner
• Presenting KPI report and preparing optimization proposals to increase production efficiency
• Reporting to the Production Manager

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

Experience in the position/sector

Production

Personality requirements and skills

• Higher technical degree (ideally University education with technical specialization)
• Several years of experience in production planning or supply chain management
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning
• Experience with quality control principles
• ISO 9001 certificate is beneficial
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools and capacity resource planning (CRP)
• Advanced mathematical (esp. statistics) and analytical skills
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, etc.)
• Strong written and oral knowledge of English language
• Ability to communicate and create collaboration across departments
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Prospective and result orientated
• Collaborative and proactive mindset
• Paying attention to details by considering the overall scope / general picture
